is it possible to import the webcontent of my page www.xyz.de and betheme settings into another wordpress installation with betheme licence?

Hi,

You can duplicate and migrate your website with betheme by using this tool:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

Remember to deregister your theme before doing that.
