How to change the background color of the menu

I do realize that this must be very obvious.. but I cannot for the life of me find where to change the background color of the top menu.

I installed a template theme (Video 2) and am a little overwhelmed with all the options...

If someone could point me in the right direction, I'd be very thankful.

Hi,

First of all, you have to be sure that your "Theme Skin" is set to "Custom Skin" in the Theme Options > Colors > General

Then, please go to Theme Options > Colors > Header

and change the "Top Bar Left Background".
