Insert "Blog news element" in a sidebar

Is this possible? I'd like to insert the "Blog news" element into the right sidebar using Muffin Builder (as it displays nice vertically).

I can get it to display inside a page easily, but how do I make it appear in the sidebar itself? I've tried using the "Widget sidebar" element, but I'm not sure if this would help. 

I checked the documentation but can't find anything that explains it. Any help appreciated. Thanks. John

We did not created this item with an option for a sidebar, but what you can try to do is get the shortcode for blog news and paste into Text widget inside sidebar.
