I can't deregister my license to register again - My license is not showing on BeTheme Licenses

Hey guys, 

I just changed my domain and I started seeing issues on my plugins and theme in general. 

I went to http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ and deregister the old ftp domain to register the new domain but I'm not being able to do that. Every time I go to the BeTheme dashboard the license key is still there but does not let me deregister and on the Betheme license page is not even showing.. So what should I do????
