Plugin Error

Hello,

I've created my website using Betheme.

For some reason, yesterday the following plugins stopped working.

Layer Slider

Slider Revolution

WPBakery Page Builder

These 3 needs update, but when I try to update I receive the following message:

Unpacking the update ...

Installing the latest version ...

The package could not be installed. Package contains no files.

The plugin update failed.

How could I fix it?

Hey,
this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

Hello Pablo,

I'm trying to acess with my username and purchase code, but it's showing the following message:

{"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}

Ps: I've confirmed the username and purchase code.

Hi,

On this tool you should only deregister your license keys.

If this message appear, then you should register your license key on your website.

Then try to update the plugins like 3-4 times.
