Cannot update theme

Im trying to update the thene but I get the following message :

Installing the latest version…
Theme update failed.

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.

Im having the same problem. When I try to install a pre-built website the error is:

Can not get domain name.

I sent you an email through Envato can you please get back to me? I am desperately trying to get a website updated.

Hi,

Looks like your domain is not registered or license key was already used
for another site. In such case, please de-register license under BeTheme > Dashboard section and then register again.
