Update-Error BeTheme

Hi there,

I´m experiencing a problem when trying to update the BeTheme from version 20.9.5.6.1 to the newest version on this website: https://www.usano.de/

It says something like: "An error occurred when updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package does not contain any files."

Could you please help me out.
