Problem to install 4 plugins: BeTheme Header Builde, Layer Slider, Slider Revolution & WPBakery Page

Hello, 

I've bought the theme and while installing BeTheme Header Builde, Layer Slider, Slider Revolution & WPBakery Page I have the following error:

PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Can you help me on that?

Please contact your hosting provider and check if the current PHP version on your server has CURL enabled.

Already check and it's not possible to install any of them.

The way I'm thinking to try is via FTP, but I haven't got the files. Where should I find them on the downloaded theme?

Or tell me if you have other options... I might give you access to my Admin if you need it.

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file, link to the website and your admin login credentials privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. Remember to also send your license key and Wordpress admin login credentials. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
