When installing the theme the contact form is incomplete

When the theme is installed and the template https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/hotel2/ is selected, the contact form is incomplete. The option to select the date is not found. It is not the same as you can see in the example https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/hotel2/

Please as I do to put the date in the contact form. Thank you

It looks like you don't know how to customize the CF7 plugin.

What happens is that on the website of the system is very organized: but already installed looks very different. I explain. It has all the configurations, but visually it does not look the same. All the parameters come out vertically in order. But on the example website they come out horizontally.
