Site Owner not receiving notifications

The site owner is not receiving notifications of new users signing up on the site.

Users who sign up do receive a notifications.

Please assist.

Hi,

This is not theme-related question.

Wordpress is always sending the information of creating account to this user, not to the owner of the website.

If you would like to turn it on, you have to edit WordPress files, which we do not support.
