Posting a comment without login

where can I change please the setting to allow comments in a blogpost without login as a member?

Hi,

This is not theme-related question at all.

A comment section is coming straight from WordPress, so all possible options are in the Settings > Discussion.

If you don't see option which will satisfy you, then you have to edit WordPress files, which we do not support.
