Hello! I'd like to move this blog post down from behind the menu. Not sure where to do this and have it apply to all posts that I've just imported. Thank you.

Hi,

That's because your "Header"  has turned on the minimalist without the header space.

Please go to the Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header

Turn it off or change the option to ON - as you want.

I'm unclear how to apply the Minimalist heading to the majority of the pages, though, but not the blog page. Is it a setting I can toggle on each page independently?

Unfortunately, it can be changed only globally.
But, you can use custom layouts and customize the minimalist option there:

Then assign the custom layout in the page options (while editing the page).
But, Custom Layouts will not be working on all of the features (like a portfolio for example).

We've just gone with turning the minimalist OFF and I have the transparent style header selected. Where do I go to remove some of the white space under the header (as shown here)? https://butterflybabydoula.com/about-us/
