Betheme cart button just refreshes homepage?

I have assigned cart page in woo commerce page settings but betheme cart icon in header only refreshes page and shows item number. Clicking it just refreshes the homepage?

Please disable all of the plugins(without WooCommerce), clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.
