MOBILE HEADER SIZE IS TOO BIG!

Hey guys, 

I'm having some issues with the header size on my website on mobile.

This is how the header looks on each page (Black section): http://www.fasem.com.co/servicios/ -> which is ok by me

But, if you take a look at the same page on mobile the black header section is too big so I need help with that because I have tried so many things and nothing seems to be working.
