Cannot update to the newest version

Hello together, its my first entry. Weve got a problem with updating the BeTheme. Systems telling us to update, we do as described and the system always stops with the message: No files inside the package. Is there something we did wrong maybe? Can you help us to update the theme? You can also always manually install via FTP.  Download the installable files from your Themeforest Downloads page, and upload via FTP.
