I get error by activating Revolution Slider

After sucessefylly installation of the Revolution Slider plugin in a brand new xampp and Wordpress installation when i try to activate it i get the message

Hi,

Is your theme, wordpress and plugins up to date?

Also, is your PHP version equal or higher than 7?
