forms issue - form not loading

For a long time the plugin "ninja forms" worked very well. I already deactivated all other plugins. 

If I switch to a standard theme the form works immediately. Do you have a solution?

Hi,

Please disable all of the plugins(without the Ninja Forms), clear the cache and check if the issue still exists.

I removed your Custom JS and it started to work.

Of course I pasted it again.

So, if you want to make it work, just delete your Custom JS.
