Cannot register my license key... and get "Registration limit exceeded."

Hi,

I've get this error message in my web site:

Registration limit exceeded. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page: ...

and also I've try this tool:

http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/

and get this message:

{"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}

Please help me to resolve this problem ASAP...
