Followed your documentation withd updates and everything was gone

Hi!

I've followed your documentation on updates which says: 

'All your data is safe becausetheme file updates do not change anything in the database. It is still recommended to always make a backup of your files & database.'

Then I removed betheme from my server and installed a fresh one. Everything on my website was deleted!!

    Ok, everything is ok now, but do not what happened. Everything was gone, just a default wordpress template was displayed. When I try to upload update via zip I got error because I already have betheme. Why do I get this? 

    Can you give me instructions how to update?

    It's not possible to get your settings/content get removed from database.
    Did you changed something in the database?

    From which version of BeTheme did you update? Below 20?
    Also, did you make some theme files customization?
