I just purchased and uploaded this theme and I'm dealing with several issues. When I go to edit through the muffin builder I'm not able to see all of the options. For some reason, the tab is being cut off. I'm also having issues with how text appears on the front of the page. It's a lot smaller when you view it on the page. You can't even make out what it is saying. The rev slider section is also showing error when I know the slider I chose is the correct.

Hi,

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file, admin login credentials and link to your website privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users] so we can have a look on your server settings. Remember to also send your license key and Wordpress admin login credentials. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. Your php.ini values are too low.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing the php_max_input_vars value to the 5000 or higher.

After that, everything should be okay.

We've made the change you've recommended and were still having the same issues. You can see here the max_input_vars on the [Links visible only for registered users] it has now been updated from 1000 to 5000.

Hello,

your issues are not hosting related at all. It is just that you are new to Wordpress and you did not configure anything.

The slider is not showing because you did not select the static home page in settings>reading

If the font is too small, go to theme options>fonts and change the content font size.

Hello Bryan,

I wish that was the issue. I just didn't change the page to static page yet, because I was trying to fix the other problems. I know how to change the font size to make it larger and have done so and the size still is extremly small. Please look at what the homepage looks like now. I also choose the Revolution Slider option to show the slider and it is telling me it is incorrect when I know it is not. Their is some sort of error continuing to go on. Please help us to resolve this.

Your website "servitoreas.com" does not have "BeTheme" installed.

Can  you install it first? Then we'll check what can be the problem.

Sorry I was seeing if i uninstalled it and reinstalled if it would change. It's back installed again.

Everything is working fine.

I created the page with item and slider named "muffin test"

And it works.

You are not able to download pre-built website because of some misconfiguration of your server, for resolving that issue, you should contact the hosting provider.
