Missing "Stylesheet style.css" in the installation package .zip

I'm using wordress in german, version 5.0.3

I would like to install the zip package get the  massage "Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden. Dem Theme fehlt das Stylesheet style.css." it means "the package could not be installed, The stylesheet style.css is missing".

What have i to do?
