Full Width row and Negative Margins

I want the first row on my page to slightly overlap the header. I am trying to use negative margins to do this. However this only works if the row is set to default width. Whenever I set the row to "Stretch row" It does not allow me to overlap the previous element... How can I do this with the "stretch row" option in place?

Hi,
To 'Strech Row' you have to get into the Section editor(pencil on the lightgreen background) and select the "Full Width" option

Then, edit the wrap with element you want to overlap and apply the amount of pixels to move it up.

I don't have a move up option

Please update your theme to the newest version.

Also, notice that 'Move up' option is only in the wrap container.
