How can I display both quotation marks in a block-quote?

Hello. 

So I have grabbed some copy and decided to turn it into a quote. I did this using <blockquote>. I have attached an image of what it currently looks like. However the client has asked for both the quote marks to show (opening and closing quote marks). I was wondering if there's an easy way to do this. In my example I only have the opening quote mark. Can this be amended to have both. All help is appreciated.

Unfortunately, BeTheme does not have such functionality.

Also, it require theme files customization to achieve, but we do not support it.
