Issue with Images and Icons

Hi there:

My Ver. 21.0.6

I have an issue when I try to add an Image or an Icon.

I click on the Image Button and nothing happens.

I deactivated all the plugins and erase cache, with no results.

When the pointer goes over the Image Button, I can see the javascript void in the bottom left corner of my browser.

I kindly ask for you advise.
