Hi, since few days i've trouble with visual composer or with "text". I can't add elements or do someting on my pages. I've updated everything. Could you please try something ?

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. Remember to also send your license key and Wordpress admin login credentials. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. This is most likely the cause of content not being saved.

Please contact your hsoting provider and increase the red marked values.

The problem isn't that the content not being saved. The problem is that i can't add any content.

Have you try it ?

Yes, I added a test page and inserted some content into the builder. Please show us where you cannot add more content. Or is it just that you cannot use the plugin properly?

We still advise you to contact your hosting company and talk to them about the settings I have sent in the previous answer.

The PHP version could lead to plugin malfunction and max_input_vars value could lead to content not being saved.
