muffin options not avaible

After WordPress update I can`t see anymore the menu Themes Options. If I try to type in on the explorer .../wp-admin/themes.php?page=muffin_options I get the massage I have no permission to open this side

Be sure that your account does have admin permissions.

Also, please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.
