[Layout] Sort Social Icons

Is there an easy way to sort social icons both in header and footer within the child theme ?

order : Twitter / LinkedIn / Viadeo / G+ / Youtube

instead of : G+ / Twitter / Youtube / LinkedIn / Viadeo

So you can't do this because we do not have option to re-order social icons in header and in right top footer section.

I re-order manually <ul class="social"> in header-top-area.php and footer.php
