Error when Loading the Pre-Built Website "Web Developer"

Hi, 

I received the following error when trying to install the "Web Developer" pre-built website. After this failure, I did do the reset and then try to install a different pre-build website, which was successful. So, something in particular is an issue with the "web developer" site. Can you help?

I have resolved this issue. I called my Hosting company and they increased the PHP limit spec.
