Add licens to old version

Hi

I have been asked to help a new client with updating their old site running Betheme. It is version 17.8.5. They have never received any notice on updating their theme, so I am guessing the developers never added the license.

But I can't see where to add the new license I bought? Can you pls help out on this one?

Hi,

The automatic updates and notifications came with version 20, please follow the steps below.

Here is an instruction on how to update the theme:
http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#general
Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.

Thank you that worked - but I by mistake I added the purchase code to my local install in stead of the live site. I removed the code and then deleted the Betheme folder from the local site.

But I keep getting the message that I should remove Betheme + licens from the local site. How can I do this?

There you'll be able to deregister the license keys.
