How do I change the permalink of a page?

I see the Permalink section under the Setting on each page. For example one of my pages has the permalink "http://upstreammediallc.com/?page_id=41". How do I change this to "http://upstreammediallc.com/Services".

Hi,

You can change the permalinks in the Settings > Permalinks

This is the only place where it can be changed.
