Register License

Hi Support,

I just renewed my support for the theme, I tried to activate my wordpress with the purchase code given DO-NOT-POST-YOUR-LICENSE-CODE-ON-THE-PUBLIC-FORUM

However, the error shows as the following: Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: 32c.f1a.myftpupload.com

I have deleted that IP folder a while more than a year ago from my Godaddy server account, that being said I dont have access to go into a fold to deactivate that folder. 

Please advise, so I can move forward with my new website.

Okay I went to that link and put in my item code and themeforest username and this is what pops up. View attachment

No it's NOT letting me register it on my wordpress dashboard, view attachment.

we have checked but the license key you sent us is not registered anywhere. Maybe you have sent the wrong key?

Please send us your wordpress dashboard admin access so we can log in and test it.
