Can no longer access page to update the bundled plugins

I get a message that says: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page. I am the Admin.

Please help ASAP!

Hi,

1) Be sure that your user does have the admin permissions

2) Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if this happen again.

1) I do have Admin permissions

2) Disabled all plugins attempted to update a while back when initially dealing with this issue. But I just tried again and the plugin pages is now accessible with plugins disabled.
