Updating of plugins bundled with theme

I would like to know if updated plugins of WPBakery Page Builder, Slider Revolution and Layer Slider will be provided by Be Theme . The Be Theme cannot be updated because of the absence of above three updated plugins. My current version of theme is 20.7.3 . I need to update it to 21.0.8.

Why are the plugins bundled with theme are not given any updates ?

Will there be security issues if the theme is not updated ?

All of the pre-built websites and plugins are updated when your theme is up to date.
So, to get the newest available version of the plugin, you have to update your theme to the newest version first.
