In Chrome, the menu "jumps" from left to right when loading

When I load a page in Chrome, the main menu starts toward the left, and then jumps into place on the right.  It looks fine in other browsers.  Is there a way to set it so it loads in place, and doesn't jump to the right with every page that is loaded?  Thanks.

Ok, we see. For the space where menu is, javascript is responsible and is counting how much space is there for menu. So this unfortunately can not be changed.
