Muffin Builder - Deleting Sections After Page Update
Hello,
after importing demo Hosting-2, we have been experiencing an issue, where after
some time of working on a page, we update and the bottom section on the muffin
builder gets partly deleted.
We try again, re-do the edit and update again, the change is not saved and once again the
now bottom section is deleted whole or partly.
This
website was supposed to be delivered this weekend but we have had to re-do it 3
times. We tried, data base reset and Wordpress reinstall from the server side, we've tried different versions of
WordPress and BeTheme. I thought it might be caused by using the Section Export
and Import in the muffin Builder, but on this last reset we have not used that
feature.
Please let
us know what you think may be causing this, first time we have seen anything
like this happen.

I have created admin user for the BeTheme staff, please let me know where I can send the details.
As fas as plugins, only the recommended ones by BeTheme are installed.

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users] so we can have a look on your server settings. Remember to also send your license key and Wordpress admin login credentials. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
