Deregister theme

Here is my theme register code, I completely reset my hosting for the celectu.com site that says it's still attached but literally there is no way. I wiped the hosting and now everytime I try to plug the code into my site it says I need to deregister, which i've done, and delete theme folder, I deleted the whole hosting platform.
How do I fix this?
