I have installed a template but I want to copy a part of another template. I tried to install the beTheme on another subdomain to see how it was build and to copy the background.pattern of that template but when I do it like that I got problems with the licence. So...How can I copy parts of other, not installed templates to use in the template I'm working with?

Hi,

Your idea with subdomain was correct and also it's the only way to copy some part of other pre-built website.

You can register unlimited subdomains with one license key, as long as the main domain is registered under the same key.

well I did it in the opposite way, first I register on the sub-domain, than I tried to register on the main domain and I got Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on:...

So...I deregister on the subdomain but when I try to register on the main domain I got still ...Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: but that domain was already deregistered...

Why is this so difficult?

Hi,
You have to register the license key on the main domain first, then on the sub-domain.

Please deregister the license key from all of them and check in this tool, if it's not used anywhere if it will be, deregister it:
https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

And then register it as I told you - the main domain on the beginning.
