Header/subheader image to refresh every time the page is reloaded
I want my header/subheader image to refresh from a collection of images whenever the page gets reloaded. The way this site does it: http://www.wonko.info
Can I add some css to make that happen

As I assume, you want to display randomly chosen image from Wordpress media, right?
This is not possible, BeTheme does not have such functionality, you would have to create a js/php script to achieve that.
