multiple licenses conflict with support periods - unable to apply updates
Hello.
I have purchased multiple licenses (5) for the Be theme through ThemeForest. ThemeForest reports my current support period ending in 11 months, because the duration of support from the time of my most recently purchased theme marks the support period for all the themes according to them. When I check on my licenses through http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/, I can see that three of my licenses have expired in terms of support, and two are active. Unfortunately, I seem to be unable to renew support for any expired licenses because the ThemeForest-based licensing mechanism sees that my support on all my Be Theme licenses extends for another 11 months.
As such, I am unable to apply updates to Be Theme for three of my five installations.
What is the method for getting the older licenses to recognize the extended support period?
Thank you.

Please, deregister and register the license keys on the domains which are not updating due to some error message, then try to update the theme like 3-4 times.
If this won't help you, please send us a link to the screenshot of your error message and a link to that website.
Thanks

Your site still uses BeTheme. Please delete all theme files before deregistration.
Please remember to delete all theme files before deregistration

I seem to be stuck in a loop. Are you able to help deregister the theme on your side? I'd rather not delete all the theme customization data (I have exported it as a backup, but I'd prefer another option first if possible).
Thank you again.
