Changing the height size of items or wraps

I am trying to build out a landing page. One of the things I would like to do is use rev slider at the top of the page. I'd like to shrink the height if that is possible? I'd like to shrink the area that it takes up.

The wraps/section height depends of inserted content there.

It's not possible to set the height of the wrap/section.
