BeTheme (Snapshot) Social media icons not working at all

I can see the social icons in the social area on the footer, but these are not icons I have entered links for.  I have entered links for only Instagram and Facebook, but the Instagram icon doesn't show at all, the Facebook Icon just snaps me back to the top of the page, and the other icons are still there and shouldn't be.  How do I eliminate social icons I am not using and make the ones I am using appear and function with links?  I have looked everywhere for a solution.

Please be sure that your BeTheme and Wordpress are up to date.

Also, please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

Ok Pablo, I am able to better describe now that I have looked at it more and more.

The social buttons are working evidently after entering the links.  I just didn't notice them because they are small and under the copyright text.  What I am referring to is the large black bar above the copyright text with the large social icons and it has the small [snapshot] logo.  I cannot find anywhere to edit or remove this section, logo, etc. What is this section in my options??

Ok.. after digging I found the footer widget that contains this stuff.

Yes, those are the widgets. If the issue is not fixed please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
