Coupons/Specials - Best approach

Does BeTheme accommodate this? I saw a custom post-type called offers but it looks like the only way to present offers is with a slider which I don't need. I'd just like a page showing all the coupons but I want the back end to be simple for the client, very much like the offer posts. Thanks.
