Hi,
We do not have a simple option to remove padding on mobile devices.
All we can suggest is to duplicate the section and make it display only on the mobile devices.
Just get into the section settings and select in the dropdown on which devices you want to hide it
Also, to remove the margin/padding, tick the "Columns | Remove horizontal margin"
