Muffin Builder / Plugins installation

Hi, 

I have inherited a website which uses BeTheme and as I had issues such as muffin builder not working and error messages while installing the required plugins, I went ahead and purchased a license to get support to resolve this. Could you please advise where I can send you details/ links etc privately?

Hi,

Your theme is very old, please update it to the newest version first.

It's below the 20 version, so please follow my steps:

Here is an instruction on how to update the theme:
http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#general
Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the
files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a
fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.

I have replaced the files and updated but this hasn't worked. I'm still unable to use muffin builder. Can you please advise which folder contains the muffin builder so I can try replacing this file alone?

It will not work when you replace the builder files only.
Please remove the betheme files completely and insert the latest theme files from ThemeForest website.
You will not lose any of your content or theme settings, because they are stored in the database.

To be 100% safe, please make a backup before doing that.

This is not a theme issue. The CURL errors are always related to hosting.

You should contact your hosting provider about that.
