What could happen, if we run our website with this server status? Will it work or not?

The hoster told us, that he could not change this settings.

So we are thinking about switching to another hoster. Should we?

The website could work, but it will be slow and all of the features will not work.

We agree with you, if your hosting provider cannot change these settings, you should change it,
