Can't update Layer Slider?

Hi

I'm trying to update Layer Slider to the most recent release in my BeTheme (paid and registered), and it is not working on automatic update.  How do I do a manual update please?

Hi,

Is there any error message?

Remember, to update the plugins through the BeTheme > Install Plugins

Also, can you exactly tell me what happen when you click the 'update' button?
