Highlight color when hovered over

Hello,

I was wondering if I set up 3 columns if hovering over the column could be highlighted like on this theme, below the slider where it says luxury spa, ayurveda spa, and massage spa.

The client really loves that theme, but I looked into the back-end and it isn't as up-to-date or as nice as Betheme. I was just wondering what my options were and if it was possible for the whole column to be highlighter like that. 

I have chosen Betheme Spa. https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/spa/  to use for the theme on my clients site.

This website you sent "sktperfect" is not created with BeTheme, so the effect will not be the same.

You can use the "Pricing Item" - but it will not highlight at hover.

Or the "Trailer Box", which is not exactly the same, but at hover, it changes the color

Of course, you can use the Column item and recreate it with the HTML/CSS too.

Thank you. Those were the options I was exploring. I love Bethemes, but the client always sees something they like. I appreciate all you guys do.
