Hey,

the menu height and the distance that the submenu is set to is dependend from the logo height and vertical padding.

If you go to theme options>global>logo and you set the logo vertial padding to a lower value then the submenu will display closer.

You can also regulate it with this css

#Top_bar .menu li ul {
	
	top: 70% !important;
	
}
