How to increase the size of the logo or header grid (without changing nav menu size)?

Using Tiles theme with transparent center.

Hey,

you would have to go to theme options>global>logo and change the logo options to "overflow"

The height and padding will always be added to the menu.

The overflow option lets you upload larger logos that will extend beyind the header, like here:
