Revolution slider Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_add_privacy_policy_content

i am creating a new site and want to use the "Massage" template for my website but when trying to activate slider revolution or Layer slider WP i get an error saying:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_add_privacy_policy_content() (previously declared in \www\anclahelmond.nl\www\wp-admin\includes\plugin.php:2073) in \www\anclahelmond.nl\www\wp-admin\includes\plugin.php on line 2073

i have tried allot before contacting here. i think this is a bug because i have nothing installed before installing the template.

what do i need to do?

we see you are using a localhost. This PHP error caused by your localhost enviroment is not properly configured. We suggest moving the website to an online hosting.

i have my website hosted by an online company. what do i need to ask them so that i can install revslider and layer slider WP? and to fix the PHP error?

Does this error still appear?

Be sure that your theme and wordpress is up to date.

Also, is your php version 7 or higher?

The RevSlider and LayerSlider can be installed in the BeTheme > Install Plugins

yes the error still appears, everything is up to date.

i dont know how to check my php version.

i contacted my hosting service and they will check the problem.

i have another wordpress website but the problem doesn't appear there.

i checked this with my other website "debglasenkitspecialist.nl" which has the theme BeElectric and i needed to update the plug-in.

when i updated it my slider suddenly didn't work anymore. it previously worked.

i tried to back-up the website but it stopped working all together.

it's also giving a weird layout problem with wordpress itself at the bottom of the screen.

i don't know what the problem could be, but i really could use some help because i'm out of ideas.

This error is not theme related at all.

If you'll be sure that your php version is equal or higher than 7, then we suggest to disable all of the plugins and then check if this error message appar.

On this website 'debglasenkitspecialist.nl', you have enabled some minify plugin and it can be the problem. Please disable all of the plugins before making the update.

i did some research in the files but still can't find a solution that i can handle on my own.
i contacted my hosting service about the problem and they said that the problem isnt with them and they can't fix the problem for me. they said that there is a redeclare on the function wp_add_privacy_content() which is caused by the theme and the plugin, the reason other plugins work and some don't is because of the function code in the PHP isnt declare in some of the plugins. so i don't know if you can help me with it because i'm stuck now between two companies that see the problem but won't help me fix it.

Did you work on this website on localhost? It seems so, because the error comes from /....

Can you please move this website again, or create a new wordpress and install betheme again?

i created the wordpress at the online hosting service: Vevida, i have this problem with two wordpress websites already

Ancla.nl & DEBglasenkitspecialist.nl

i had the problem with the DEB website when i tried to update the plugins because i created it some time ago. 

i have contacted the hosting service to ask if they had an underlining php code that could create the error but they said that had no interference with your code or the plugins code,

i thought about creating a function that would make the php code only activate once when two formulas are given.

i reinstalled it and used BeMassage now but it still doesnt work.

i reverted the back-up.

thank you for the help but this is futile. your theme doesnt go with your plugin.

If this problems continues on both websites that are on the same hosting then we suggest checking it on another hosting company. This looks like a hosting issue, If this would be a theme issue, we would know about it earlier and fixed it already. The duplicator plugin works fine with the theme, we use it all the time.
